Building our granny flat in Melbourne while living in Sydney could have been stressful, but the entire process was incredibly smooth and well managed from start to finish.

If you’re considering adding a granny flat to an investment property, I can’t recommend Hussein and the Second Homes team highly enough.
As a buyers agent, I recently worked with Hussein on a project for one of my clients,  adding a granny flat to an investment property we had purchased for them. From the very first conversation, Hussein’s communication and process made the whole experience seamless. He was incredibly organised, the build ran smoothly, and the finished product is next level.
What really stood out from an investment perspective was the turnaround time-  start to finish, the project took around 10 weeks, meaning my client had minimal vacancy and could get a tenant in quickly. That kind of efficiency makes a real difference to the overall return and uplift on the asset.
